Established in 2011, is a results based training facility located in City Center of Newport News, Virginia.
There should never be a workout where in the moment you have not asked, “Why do I do this to myself?”
There should never be the end of your workout where you haven’t answered, “That’s why.”
Besides our mothership program, Jungle Gym, we offer state of the art equipment for powerlifting, general fitness, recovery and rejuvenation, ‘everyone knows everyone’ vibes, personal training, a clean facility, and a place you can feel comfortable in. We are biased, but we have it all.

Our main focus is metabolic stress. Whether it’s through lifting, running, rowing, or hyping up someone else we firmly believe that your fitness goals will be reached faster and longer lasting through this way of conditioning. Every member receives personal goal sheets and modifications if need be. We just expect one thing from you . . . show up. We will do the rest.
Open to the public and is included in Jungle Gym’s membership. One of the great things about being located in the heart of City Center is the ability to run the streets and use it’s amenities. Parking garages. Fountain sprints. Stairs. Long distances. We do it all. We just add a little fun kick to it with some scavenger hunts and ‘sabotage’ runs here and there. Oh, we have fire hoses too.
It’s a game changer. If you enjoy rowing or just ass-kicking Sunday morning workouts in general, Row Club is for you. Row Club is $39 a month, or it is included in your Jungle Gym membership. Not only will you learn the most efficient rowing form, you’ll enjoy a nice long nap on Sunday afternoon from this class.
We can understand how you are just the type of person that likes to put your headphones in and not have anyone else tell you what to do in the gym. Not to mention, our equipment is the best and most specific you’ll find in the area. We have cable machines, leg developers, any accessory piece you can find, dumbbells, lift specific bars, Olympic lifting plates and bars, platforms, cardio machines, ergs, and so much more. We also have locker rooms fully equipped with showers.
What’s an exercise program without a trainer telling you to stop stuffing your face? We have weight loss, muscle maintenance, and muscle building programs that offer long lasting nutritional advice to pair with your workouts. We base our diets of macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats). We believe that manipulating these based off your desired results will give you results that you can grow (or shrink) with. You can do this solo, but we recommend that you join on of our many transformation accountability groups that we offer per year. We don’t expect you to not indulge, but we do expect you to realize that dieting is tough while extremely doable, affordable, and worthy. No FAD diets included. Just cold-hard facts.
